November 2, 2023: Dissemination of the project framework to the colleagues from the Internationl Information Technology University, Kazakhstan
On November 2, 2024 NDP prof. Valentina Pidlisnyuk had a meeting with colleagues from the Republic of Kazakhstan, i.e. Associate prof. Lyazat Naizabayeva, Dr.Sc., Head of the Department of Information systems, the International Information Technology University; Dr. Nyrgyl Sejlova, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Cyber Defense, the International Information Technology University; and Dr. Maxatbek Satymbekov, Head of the Computer Science Department, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The colleagues from Kazakhstan introduced the main goals of the international project AP19678926 “Development of an intelligent system for studying and solving the environmental problems caused by soil and air pollution using the data science methods” (2023-2025) supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is focused i.e., on the implementation of the model Miscancalc to the soil and air contaminated by non-organic and organic pollutants. The project is led by Associate prof. Lyazat Naizabayeva and implied the advisory service of Dr. Vladimír Siládi, PhD. (MBU, Slovakia) and prof. Valentyna Pidlisnyuk (UJEP).
Prof. Pidlisnyuk introduced the main features of the Advanced Miscanthus Phytotechnology is going to be developed within NATO SPS G6094 project. In order to be familiarized with the phytotechnology, GIS, and Information technology research, and discussing option for modelling the process colleagues from Kazakhstan is going to visit UJEP in 2024.
